2 oz Cumberland Cask
5 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1 sugar cube
Splash of water
Herbsaint 100 wash
1 lemon twist

 

Smoked Julep

2 oz Cumberland Cask
1 tsp Simple Syrup
Mint
Sombra Mezcal Rinse
Flamed Orange

 
Albuquerque Bourbon Old Fashioned
2 oz Cumberland Cask
Barspoon of Simple Syrup
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
6 drops Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
20 drops Bittermens Hellfire Habanero Shrub

 

The New Bourbon

Old Fashioned
Sugar cube
4-5 drops The
Bitter End Moroccan bitters
1 cherry
1 slice of orange
2 oz Cumberland Cask
Soak sugar cube with bitters in bottom
of a rocks glass. Muddle with fruit.
Add whiskey and a half dozen ice cubes.

 

Clockwork

2 oz Cumberland Cask
3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz Averna Amaro
Bar spoon of simple syrup

 

The Appalachian

2 oz Cumberland Cask
.75 oz
M&R sweet vermouth
.25 oz maple syrup
5 drops The Bitter End Barbeque bitters
Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice, stir, and strain
into an ice-filled rocks glass
